Very many people who finally 'dare' to undress and who allow their inclination to want to go about their daily routines in their home naked or/and finally manage to go to a naturist beach, to a naturist swimming session in their public swimming pool, or who join the local naturist club with their varied naturist activities, such as nude sports and aerobic classes or full body massage sessions or nude country walking, say that they have found a sense of personal freedom which is very difficult to describe unless one undergoes that liberation experience of mingling naked with other naked people. - Courtesy of Igor Zupnik
