The Nature Organizations around the world should start a campaign for such a publicly registered and propagated day encouraging women to wear see through bras with see through blouses, shirts or t-shirts of various degrees of visibility.
Combining this with 'I outer' , i.e. I wear no underwear would simple allow women to visibly demonstrate their preference of wanting to nature in public without being actually undressed. I call it 'veiled nature' or veiled nudity.
